Important information about refunds and returns
*due to the unique custom nature of these hand-painted shoes and accessories, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
*For proven errors on my part, such as paint peeling or cracking upon arrival, or if I've made an error in the design that differs from the final approved design, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order and I will be happy to offer a free repair or complete replacement upon my discretion, after the original pair is returned for inspection.
*Please ensure the size you provide is correct. I am not responsible for sizing issues if the customer provided the wrong size or if the brand's fit doesn't meet expectations. I highly recommend trying on the shoe brand/style you ordered before submitting your final size.
*To report a defect or error, please email me at itscraftedbyafton@gmail.com with your order number and clear, well-lit photos of the issue. do not attempt to fix or use the item, as this voids the guarantee.

While I don't recommend regular wear, here's an example of the durability of a pair of painted, canvas shoes. Gifted in August and photographed in mid-November, they've been worn regularly by active small children. As you can see from their well-loved appearance, these shoes have seen plenty of adventures! Yet, despite the dirt and daily wear, the artwork remains pristine. There's no cracking, peeling, or fading in the paint, and every single rhinestone is still perfectly intact.
